If you're looking up Click-Mallorca reviews because you're wondering whether it's reliable, here's the short version: it's a genuine Mallorcan company, with a registered office, a companies-register entry and a travel agency licence, and its terms are clear. What you need to watch is the price, which on some boats matches the operator's and on others doesn't, and the names it uses to advertise some trips.

Who Click-Mallorca are
CLICK-MALLORCA S.L.U. is a company registered on the Avenida de la Playa in Port d'Alcúdia, entered in the Palma Companies Register and holding travel agency licence MT/89/BAL. The details are in its legal notice. It mainly acts as an intermediary between the traveller and the boat company, although it organises some group excursions itself.
Something that isn't always obvious when you search for it: it isn't a Palma or Calvià company. It's based in the north and a good part of its catalogue is there. Nor should it be confused with Click&Boat, which is a different platform, for boat hire. It handles enquiries by phone and WhatsApp, and its office is open 09:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00. The website is in Spanish, English, German and Italian.

The €30 "Britannia Jet" is the Esmeralda Dos
The two-hour boat with underwater viewing that leaves Magaluf at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00 (Son Maties 10 minutes later, Palmanova 15) is run by Cruceros Costa de Calvià on the Esmeralda Dos, a semi-submersible catamaran the company sells under the name "Dolphin". The Britannia Jet is another, larger boat from the same company, which does the €60 "Day at Sea" trip and the Tuesday and Saturday run to Palma. Click-Mallorca advertises the short trip as "Britannia Jet"; the price, €30 and €20 for children, is the same as on the operator's website. It's all in our glass-bottom boat guide and the Britannia Jet review.
What's sometimes advertised as a "€32 Magaluf–Palma ferry" is actually Cruceros Costa de Calvià's Palma City excursion on the Britannia Jet: Tuesdays and Saturdays, return included, €32 (children €22). It wasn't in Click-Mallorca's boat catalogue when we checked, although the agency has a separate listing for that trip at the same price; confirm it on the operator's website. If what you want is to get from Palma to Magaluf, the company runs a daily ferry at €20 (children €10); we explain it in boats from Palmanova and Magaluf.
Prices: Click-Mallorca vs booking direct
- Bay of Palma, 1 h, €19: the same price as Mallorca City Boat on its website (55 minutes from the Escala Real, the royal steps on the Moll Vell). Along with Civitatis' cruise from €19, it's the cheapest trip around the bay among the platforms we compared.
- Glass-bottom boat, €30: the same as Cruceros Costa de Calvià.
- Catamaran from El Arenal, €65: the same price as Life & Sea's 4-hour barbecue trip on its website.
- Palma catamaran, €80: this one is expensive. Magic Catamarans' Bahía de Palma trip costs €59 on its website, also 5 hours, with a barbecue and drinks with lunch, and lends snorkel masks against a €10 deposit. Compare in our catamaran in Palma guide.
- Dolphins from Alcúdia, €56–66: useful if you're staying in the north. From Palma there are trips with Palma Cruises (€55 at the quay, €65 with transfer) and with Life & Sea from El Arenal (€80). Full rundown in dolphin watching.

What travellers say
When we checked, Click-Mallorca was rated 3.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot, but from only 27 reviews: 89% five-star and 11% one-star. With so few reviews, the average swings a lot with every new one. The complaints that come up mention payments getting stuck and WhatsApp support that doesn't resolve things. If you pay and don't receive a confirmation, email them and keep the receipt.
How to book and cancel
You pay in full up front by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before and is requested by email; after that there's no refund. If the operator cancels for safety or weather reasons, you can choose another date or a full refund. Light rain or a cloudy day don't count as grounds for cancelling.
Alternatives to Click-Mallorca
- GetYourGuide: more choice in the Bay of Palma, free cancellation up to 24 hours before and pay later.
- Civitatis: Spanish agency that charges the operator's price on several Palma boats.
- sunbonoo: another local agency, based in Palma, aimed at German-speaking visitors.

Can I cancel a Click-Mallorca trip?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before, by email. After that there's no refund. If the operator cancels because of the weather, you choose another date or a refund.
Is Click-Mallorca more expensive than booking direct?
It depends on the boat. The 1-hour Palma cruise (€19), the Magaluf glass-bottom boat (€30) and the El Arenal catamaran (€65) cost the same as equivalent trips on the operators' websites. Its Palma catamaran (€80) is dearer than Magic Catamarans' on its own website (€59).
Does Click-Mallorca sell dolphin watching from Palma?
No. Its dolphin trips (€56 and €66) leave from Alcúdia, in the north. Other boat companies run trips from Palma and El Arenal.
Where is Click-Mallorca?
